Hello, my beautiful friend! And welcome to my May 2022 natural beauty empties. I’m writing this a bit ahead of time as we’re moving in the last week of May. And I took my photographs hurriedly amongst all the clutter and chaos of our house move. In May, I used up some very lovely products, and lots of them, including a soothing oat and charcoal cream, coconut deodorant, olive oil lipstick, and more. I can’t wait to share them with you, so let’s dive right in! May 2022 natural beauty empties Zoe Bee Charcoal & Oat Cream Zoe Bee Charcoal & Oat Cream helps Lydia’s skin so much! The poor thing has suffered with eczema since being tiny, but this waterless cream soothes and calms it with daily use. A definite repurchase. And I can’t wait to try Zoe’s other creams. Hi again, empties lover! And welcome to my December 2021 natural beauty empties. If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll know we have a new(ish) baby in the family. Lydia is doing really well, and since her nap times and wake windows have become a little more defined, I’ve managed a little more chill-out time in the bathroom. Of course, no school run means more time in the morning for skincare. I’ve even enjoyed the odd face mask or relaxing bath in the evening. It’s so important to find time to relax, especially with all the Christmas prep! This month I have a small collection of empties, yet it contains two of my absolute favourites – Dafna’s Recovery Cleanser and Lilfox Couture Haute C Serum. There’s also nipple balm, coconut oil, kids’ body wash, and more! Let’s take a look. December 2021 natural beauty empties Dafna’s Recovery Cleanser This gorgeous…

Are you pregnant and suffering with uncomfortable swollen feet, or feet that cramp painfully during the night? If so, then I really hope my DIY pregnancy foot scrub can help you as much as it’s helped me! Disclosure: this post contains references to PR gifted products. My views are honest and my own. My scrub contains beneficial ingredients known to help with swollen and cramping feet. Like other foot scrubs, it will help keep your feet lovely and soft. I’m 39 weeks pregnant now, so my feet love this gorgeous scrub. I adapted it from a post by the lovely Wellness Mama, specifically with pregnancy feet in mind. How can a pregnancy foot scrub help? First, epsom salts slough off dead skin and help with cramping by replenishing magnesium levels. Tamanu oil aids drainage and circulation. To soften rough skin, add calendula, olive, or almond oil – I prefer calendula for its ability to soften…

This post will help you put together a handy toddler first aid kit. Mobile babies and toddlers get in so many scrapes don’t they? Many of these ouchies are treatable at home with lots of cuddles and a few choice first aid kit items. When Jonah started to walk at 13 months, we realised we needed a first aid kit to treat his minor bumps and scrapes. We didn’t want to buy a first aid kit off the shelf, because we wanted more than just practical items like plasters, bandages, and dressings. We also wanted toddler-friendly and natural remedies that would ease common complaints and support Jonah’s body to heal itself. My husband and I aren’t very physical people, so we don’t get injured that often. And luckily, we don’t tend to get poorly much – apart from when Jonah brings the lurgies back from play group. Reflecting this, our…
