Focus Meditation

This is my favourite of all the aromas! It is claimed to calm extreme emotions and restlessness while studying or meditating. I love that it is suggested to boost mental strength and clear mental chatter.

This sachet is really helpful to create the mind space for concentration and focus. I keep it on my lap where it warms and helps me focus while working. It would also be great if you have a cold or sinus problems, as its aroma is very cleansing.

With mood-enhancing patchouli and frankincense oils, holy basil, rose petals, vetiver, cardamom, rosemary, sandalwood, Indian ginseng, and sola wood.

Positivity Peace

Forrest & Love suggest this cushion will increase joy and uplift your mood. It’s recommended to relieve anxiety, and help you deal with feelings of anger, need for approval, and emotional pain.

I pull this one out for occasions when I’m feeling like I need a positivity boost. It’s been helpful to me in pregnancy to ease random fears and negative thoughts that come up from time to time.

This is the greenest smelling of all the aromas. It’s spicy, but also citrusy and refreshing. It contains anxiety-relieving lemongrass and neroli oils, vetiver, eucalyptus, spearmint, dried ginger, rosemary, cloves, black pepper, and sola wood.

Serene Tranquility

Uplifting, strengthening, comforting, grounding, and a natural remedy for emotional tension. I featured this sachet in my natural labour essentials.

I’m going to use it when I go into labour since it creates just the kind of quiet serenity that’s so beneficial during contractions. Additionally it contains clary sage which can improve the efficiency of contractions.

I’d say this is the mildest of all the aromas with a grounding, sweet, and spicy fragrance. It contains calming clary sage and Indian cedarwood oils, bay leaves, eucalyptus, fennel seeds, lavender, cinnamon, Indian ginseng, lemon basil, and sola wood.

Energy Vibes

Recommended to decrease lethargy, drowsiness, tiredness, bad temper, and irritability. It claims to boost self-esteem, confidence, hope, and mental strength.

I immediately stashed it in my car where good energy vibes are very welcome! It throws a nice scent in the front of the car.

It’s citrusy, spicy, and fresh. It contains bergamot and juniper berry oils, eucalyptus, lemongrass, cinnamon, black pepper, fennel seeds, dried mint, rose petals, and sola wood.

I’m completely in love with my aroma sachets! They transport me to a different place with their spicy, grounding aromas. I love how each aroma comes with its own unique benefits. A full size Focus Meditation Aroma Cushion is definitely on my wish list.
