I’m a big fan of monthly subscription boxes, so I was super-excited when Emma introduced herself and ecocobox on Instagram. I can’t believe how relevant ecocobox is to my lifestyle! Not only that, it shares so many values I hold dear.
You see, ecocobox is a monthly subscription box especially for mums and their little ones, offering the best natural, eco, and vegan products to support families through pregnancy, preschool, and beyond.
By the way, if you like the sound of ecocobox and want to take £5 off your first box then head to the end of this post for my unique discount code!
The first subscription box for mum, baby and planet.
I absolutely love that Emma designed ecocobox to help mamas create some much needed me time, alongside introducing them to natural and organic skincare for their little ones.
Like most of us, Emma’s perspective on life changed once her little one arrived. Emma really cares about the challenges that mums face, and as we’ll see this really stands out in the box!

What can I expect to find in my ecocobox?
Each month you’ll find a truly varied selection of natural and cruelty free products for you, your baby, and your home, that you can use every day.
When you’re a busy mum, there’s nothing like an invite to relax and rejuvenate with a fantastic pampering product – and that’s exactly what you’ll find in ecocobox each month.
You’ll also find a natural and organic kids product tailored to your youngest child’s age and gender. This unique feature means you’ll get some wonderfully relevant practical items for your little one. And you won’t need to worry about nasties since each item is carefully selected.
There’s also an eco item to support your transition to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. I could definitely use some help in that respect!
Let’s take a look what I discovered in my ecocobox. It’s so exciting!
First impressions
I was in love the moment I opened the wrapper on my ecocobox! The design of the eco-friendly box is just so beautiful, it was a real delight to receive.
Inside, I found 2 full size natural beauty products for myself, 1 full size skincare product for my children, mama and toddler matching bamboo toothbrushes, and a delicious looking bar of vegan chocolate – yum!
Let’s take a closer look at the products inside the box!
In my ecocobox
Bao Skincare Recovery Face Cream
Well, I was really impressed when I discovered this beautiful face cream in my box. I’ve been meaning to try Bao Skincare! This cream contains soothing and repairing chamomile water and calendula oil along with hyaluronic acid to plump skin, and is suitable for all skin conditions.

It’s an absolute delight to use, with its light zingy fragrance. The cream is rich but light, and has brightened up my morning routine! My skin is looking calmer and feeling great after a few days of use.

Tisserand Lavender and Chamomile Bath Oil
Tisserand makes some of the finest aromatherapy products, so I was really happy to find this in my box. It’s a soothing lavender and chamomile bath oil with coconut and sweet almond oils to hydrate the skin. It’s come at just the right moment as I’m having a terrible time with psoriasis breaking out on my arms, and I was hopeful this would help.

I have to say, it’s hard to find time to bathe in the evenings with my 4 month old as she sleeps on me in the early evening until we go to bed. So I’ve tried taking a bath in the morning at weekends when we have more time, and I feel like this is really helping my skin. It smells glorious and the experience is very relaxing. Just what I need after a long week!

Childs Farm Mildly Fragranced Baby Moisturiser
This moisturiser is suitable from newborn upwards. It’s both paediatrician and dermatologist approved, with none of the mineral oil or parabens ingredients you find in some moisturisers. It’s a really lovely product actually, because the whole family can enjoy it.

And with sumptuous shea butter and cocoa butter to protect and hydrate delicate skin, it’s great to treat dry skin conditions on face or body. I’ve been using it on myself, my toddler, and my 4 month old baby. Both my babies have perfect skin, so I’ve just used a touch on them. But I have eczema and psoriasis, and Child’s Farm Moisturiser is keeping it comfortable.
It’s delicately scented, but I think the fragrance is synthetic. After reading up on Childs Farm website, it appears the brand is extra stringent on safety and product testing, so my mind is at ease.

F.E.T.E Bamboo Toothbrushes
F.E.T.E – From earth, to earth wants to help stem the tide of pollution through waste, and these gorgeous bamboo toothbrushes are stylish and eco-friendly. I discovered a soft adult toothbrush for myself, and a soft child’s toothbrush for my 2 year old.

They come in a range of colours and the painted base prevents water damage to the bamboo handle. The brush handle is biodegradable since the paint is plant-based. The nylon bristles are partially biodegradable and should be thrown in general waste once removed from the brush head.
The bristles feel great in the mouth and the handle is easy to grasp – Jonah and I have fun brushing our teeth together and mummy feels good about the family’s toothbrushes!

King Monty Hazelnut Crunch Vegan Chocolate Bar
This was included in the box as a Mother’s Day treat, however in the name of testing (haha) I made sure to test this scrumptious chocolate bar thoroughly.

This dairy-free and gluten-free chocolate is made with rice milk so it’s creamier than dark chocolate. The hazelnut flavour and crunchy texture make for a really delicious chocolate experience!

Final thoughts on ecocobox
I love ecocobox! It’s natural, healthy, vegan, and inspiring! It’s unique in its consideration of your child’s age and gender. Because of this, I think you’ll discover some great items and be less likely to feel disappointed with an irrelevant item.
The emphasis on treating and supporting the whole family really appeals to me. My whole family will look forward to this box! And the excellent curation takes the worry out of selecting the healthiest most responsible brands.
ecocobox would make a great gift to yourself and your family, a new mum, or mum to be.
