A beautiful chamomile floral water that’s easily my favourite empty this month. Using it is like sitting in a beautiful French meadow surrounded by chamomile flowers!
It’s so soothing and works great to relieve any minor irritations or skin niggles. Typology Chamomile Hydrolate is easily one of the nicest chamomile waters I’ve used!

Typology Cleansing Oil with 7 Ingredients
Can you tell Typology skincare products are among my favourites? This fragrance free cleansing oil is no exception! It removes makeup and deeply cleanses, yet transforms into an easy to remove milk on contact with water.

Benecos Winter Dream Body Lotion
Vanilla body lotion any time of year? Yes please! This one came as part of the Benecos Winter Dream Gift Set that is no longer available on LoveLula and seems to be discontinued, but you can get it from greenerbeauty.com.
It has some really nice ingredients such as nettle, rosehip, and St. John’s wort. Offering amazing value for money, I’d be happy to part with £5.95 to buy another Benecos Body Lotion, given the quality!

Mádara FEED Repair & Dry Rescue Hair Mask
A really lovely once a week deep conditioning treatment, Mádara FEED Hair Mask contains beneficial fungus and an oil blend including avocado and evening primrose. It promises to nurture, reduce damage, and preserve colour for silky and shiny hair.
It certainly helped prevent too much damage to my coloured hair through the lockdown. I’m not sure it made much more difference than using a hair oil, but it smells and feels good, and gives pleasing results.

My whole family loves Hurraw Lip Balm! The unique oval shape and tasty flavour make it a real hit.
It’s a fantastic lip balm for all seasons. I’ll definitely be buying another in the future – I discussed it in more detail in my review of the LoveLula March 2019 Beauty Box.

Lavera Colour & Care Radiant Colour Shampoo
What a lovely gift this was from the lovely Sandra who blogs over at Beauty Balm. I’ve tried and liked Lavera Colour & Care Shampoo before, but since then it’s had a revamp.
And while it’s not my favourite shampoo, it still remains a great value for money product with some helpful ingredients to protect coloured hair, such as pomegranate and quinoa.

Weleda Lip Balm in Rose
I love these cute and colourful tinted lip balms from Weleda! I have a great stash of them that I’m currently enjoying working through.

Arcana Skin Second Sight Metamorphic Eye Serum sample
The last sample from my beloved Arcana Skin Discovery Set. I really enjoyed this mini rollerball for the eye area. It’s soothing and moisturising, and contains some interesting ingredients to work on this delicate area. One such ingredient is electric daisy, known as a nature’s botox.
This eye serum is definitely one I’d love to explore more. For the purposes of calculating the value, it’s the cost of the discovery set divided by 6 – £4.17.
Weleda Salt Toothpaste sample
An interesting toothpaste – but not completely to my taste. It does indeed taste salty. And the salt is said to stimulate saliva to keep the mouth clean. It feels a little gritty to me, and I’m not overly keen.
Quite a lot of this non foaming toothpaste is needed to get a clean feeling. However, I do like the gum soothing natural extracts of ratanhia root, myrrh, and chestnut bark.
I usually love Weleda products, but not this one I’m afraid. Based on the full size cost, the sample is worth about 66p.

InLight Beauty samples
Here I’ve tried sample sachets of InLight Beauty Face Cleanser, Deep Moisture Balm, and Night Balm. I love them all!
Expect my full review of InLight Beauty and several of their products next month. The value of these is half the cost of the discovery set – £4.75.
