Welcome back, skincare lover! Today I have a gorgeous share for mamas, papas, and their little ones. It’s my Evereden Baby review!

Founded by doctors who are also mothers, this New York line is taking the healthy skincare world by storm with its carefully-formulated family focused products.

Made by moms in medicine. Higher standards for family skincare.

The Evereden philosophy creates formulas that go above and beyond the highest standards in safety, quality, and care.

Think 5 ingredient baby oil, gentle family shampoo, all-in-one balm for mum and baby, and protective nappy rash cream – and you have everything you need to take great care of your whole family’s skin.

It’s no wonder Evereden is a brand that speaks to my heart!

Along with a list of banned controversial ingredients, Evereden focuses on the goodness of plant based skincare with ingredients like sunflower seed oil, vitamin C rich kakadu plum, oat amino acids, and soothing coconut milk.

Falling head over heels with the branding and packaging to begin with, I then learned more about the process. From that point, I knew I had to try these products!

The Evereden Process

Lap this up: “we live by two universal truths: everything that touches your family’s skin has the potential to create a lasting impact on its health. And there’s no such thing as being too safe, exacting or thoughtful when it comes to getting skincare right and ensuring the healthiest futures for you and your family“.

I’m truly astounded.

I bought Evereden Soothing Baby Massage Oil, Foaming Baby Shampoo & Wash, All-in-One Balm, and Soothing Diaper Cream, so let’s dive right in and learn more them.

Evereden Baby review

Evereden Soothing Baby Massage Oil

Lydia and I love baby massage. We took a local class when she was about 8 weeks old and we’ve continued at home. So a good baby oil is a must in our routine, for massage and so many other uses.

Evereden Soothing Baby Massage Oil

We use it in the bath to keep her skin soft, after her bath to lock in moisture, to clean her skin, and to deep clean her bottom at nappy changes.

Evereden Baby Massage Oil contains just five natural and organic oils – sunflower seed, jojoba seed oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, and grape seed oil.

Clinical results with adult testers shows the oil gives 48 hours of continuous hydration, and 72 hours of moisture barrier strengthening and nourishment.

Lydia with the baby oil

The oil comes in an easy to use clear plastic pump action bottle. The lightly coloured oil has a mildly nutty fragrance. The oil itself is beautifully lightweight. It gives a gorgeous slip to the skin when used for baby massage, and absorbs like a dream too.

Lydia’s skin is always left soft and calm by Evereden Soothing Baby Massage Oil. I really love the simplicity of this product – it’s good for the whole family, and I know the bottle will last us a good while. A real must have!

Evereden Foaming Baby Shampoo & Wash

The Foaming Baby Shampoo & Wash is truly gorgeous – soft, airy, and ever so gentle. It’s safe for newborns and works well on older children too.

Evereden Foaming Baby Shampoo & Wash

I really love the ingredients – a naturally-derived oat amino acid surfactant to clean without tears, along with hydrating and calming coconut juice, coconut water, and cucumber.

Light foamy texture of Evereden Foaming Baby Shampoo & Wash

The bottle makes it super easy to work with when handling a baby in the bath, and the fun foam means my older kids love helping me to bathe my littlest one.

After using Evereden Foaming Baby Wash & Shampoo, my baby’s hair and body are clean, comfortable, and never stripped of moisture.

It’s such a pleasure to use. We love this wash so much, it’s just perfect!

Evereden All-in-One Balm

Baby and mama skin care doesn’t get simpler or purer than this. A beautiful protective and healing balm with only five ingredients. Wave goodbye to that Vaseline for good!

Evereden All-in-One Balm

Its ingredients include castor oil, grape seed oil, rosehip seed oil, sunflower seed oil, and vegetable glycerin.

I absolutely love that it comes in a soft tube with a pump, so it’s perfect for the changing bag and will never be tainted by fingers or airborne particles.

Beautiful texture of Evereden All-in-One Balm

The balm is good for so many skin complaints. We use it for Lydia’s eczema, particularly when she’s in an active flare-up.

It’s super sticky and thick, so it protects in the harshest of weathers (winter walks to school, anyone?).

I’ve used it to soothe chafed nipples, and on the psoriasis on my elbows when it’s particularly sore. Its consistency is similar to the lanolin products of Dr. Lipp and Lansinoh, but without the lanolin. You could also use it on cuts and scars to form a barrier. It works fabulously for lips and cuticles, too.

With so many uses, it’s the perfect changing bag companion. It is so, so good!

Evereden Soothing Diaper Cream

Lydia suffered badly with nappy rash in the first few weeks of her life, but I’m so pleased it’s totally cleared up now. We still use a barrier cream like Evereden Soothing Diaper Cream at least once a day, as a preventive measure. And as soon as those little pimples appear on her bottom, we pop some on!

Evereden Soothing Diaper Cream

This waterless barrier cream contains sunflower seed oil, kakadu plum, and grape seed oil, which makes it wonderfully nourishing while protecting from excess moisture with zinc oxide.

The nappy cream comes in a soft flip cap tube. It’s white in colour and extremely thick. I have to say, I’ve tried a lot of nappy rash creams – and this one is the hardest to get out of the tube. In winter, I could barely wrangle it out! But a little massage with warm hands helps it on its way.

It also feels less greasy than other nappy creams I’ve tried, like it has a higher ratio of zinc oxide to oil.

My daughter’s skin has been wonderful during the time we’ve used it. I’d also feel happy to use a little as a dribble rash cream, or on my older kids to dry up insect bites or rashes.

If you’re looking for more ways to treat nappy rash then please see my article about keeping your baby’s bottom happy in a nappy.

Final thoughts on Evereden Baby

I love the Evereden philosophy, and their carefully formulated and effective products. The fact that the products are made by doctors who are also mothers is so reassuring and unique.

The brand has distilled all their knowledge and care into products that address multiple problems while allaying the fears of mums venturing into baby skincare. That is, to help us to avoid controversial ingredients and take the best care we possibly can, for now and the future.

Evereden is available in the UK via Cult Beauty, or check out their website at ever-eden.com. They’re on Instagram, too – @everedenbrand.
