How are we nearly into May already? Another month of keeping track of the natural beauty and health products we use each month. I hope you enjoy reading my April 2018 skincare & beauty empties. April has been so exciting for me and my blog! I ran my first giveaway, for fertility supplements, and I wrote my first proper makeup review where I looked at healthier alternatives to MAC Vegas Volt Lipstick. This month has been all about trying new products, especially cleansers, shampoos, and conditioners. It irks me I’ve never been able to find the perfect shampoo and conditioner, so I’ve been making a big effort to try new products. Read on to find out how I got on. March 2018 skincare empties

Another month has passed, and I’m really enjoying keeping track of the natural beauty and healthcare products our family uses each month. I hope you enjoy reading my March 2018 skincare empties. Boy has this month been tough! First, my external hard drive blew up which contained all my precious photos, and I stupidly hadn’t backed up for 2 years. All Jonah’s baby photos from my DSLR would’ve been lost. Luckily, it had a tiny bit of life in it, so we were able to copy the files onto a new drive. What a relief! I’ve learned my lesson and am now taking weekly backups. Secondly, Jonah picked up a stomach bug and was properly sick for the first time. We really weren’t prepared for it. Then we caught it too, so we were all poorly and feeling very sorry for ourselves. Now we’re looking forward to a healthy April…

February 2018 Skincare Empties

Goodness, how has a whole month passed since my last skincare empties post? What with Valentine’s Day just gone, and Mother’s Day fast approaching, it’s been a very busy month for me and my blog. I hope you’ll enjoy reading my February 2018 skincare empties! I’ve gone through fewer products this month than last month. I’ve been focusing on using Jonah’s bath products in my shower, since his body wash tubes have been open since January last year, and aren’t smelling as perfect as they should. January 2018 Skincare Empties

It’s a thing amongst beauty bloggers to share their empties each month. I’m always incredibly curious to learn what gorgeous natural skincare and beauty products other beauty bloggers have used up. So I thought I’d hop on the bandwagon by sharing my own January 2018 skincare empties! I appear to have consumed a lot of skincare in January. However, some of these products have been open since 2013 (I don’t adhere to use by dates). In January I made a conscious effort to use up old products, for several reasons. First, I’ve been sent new and lovely skincare products to test this month, and need to make room. Second, I’m now a LoveLula Accredited Blogger with an allowance each month.
