Happy birthday my little sweetheart. It seems like you’ve been with us forever, and yet you are only three.
We’re so proud of the kind, caring, and confident little girl that you are. You melt everybody’s heart with your kind words and smiles. You really are a treasure.
Every year I write to you with the little details of your year that we never want to forget. One day, I hope that you will read my letters and they’ll make you smile.
Your 3rd Birthday Party Was So Much Fun
So many of your friends came to your birthday party, and they loved celebrating with you. It was one of the best days.
Loving Your Siblings
Eleanor is fast becoming your best playmate. You love being an older sister and a younger sister.
Cara is your ultimate best buddy but also the one you fall out with the most because you do everything together. Your relationship with Jonah is getting closer everyday, he tries to take care of you, for instance helping you with your clothes, and washing your hands. You’ve even started watching videos and playing games together.
Playgroup Queen
2023 was the year we went to so many playgroups. You made so many new friends and warmed the hearts of others.
Starting Nursery
You started nursery in October, you are one of the youngest there. One of my favourite days was coming to play with you there on nursery’s open day. I love you bringing your little pictures home to me and seeing you play outside with your little friends. We’re starting to see some budding friendships, too.
Your Favourite Activities
You love to draw, play in water, and watch Bluey on TV.
Your favourite food is pasta and you would happily munch your way through a few bowlfuls every day. Ham and cheese are your favourite toppings. And since your milk allergy seemed to go away this year, we haven’t needed as much oat milk!
You love sharing tea with me and you will try any kind of tea! You like black tea, rooibos tea, and all kinds of herbal teas.
Girly Girl
Everything pink, sparkly and with unicorns on!
Sleeping Anywhere
You are the kid that will fall asleep anywhere. Inside a box, or inside the washing basket – it’s all good. Sometimes when you’re tired you take yourself to bed with a blanket and I find you curled up asleep. You’re so sweet!
Toys?
You don’t care for them. Cushions, blankets, and anything that is not a toy is your favourite toy!
