In this post, I’ll be taking a look at beautiful natural skincare brand Ezápé Naturals, and learning more about their gorgeous organic body care products. The range consists of 2 products: a luxurious body butter with rosemary, and a golden balm with chamomile and calendula. It was interesting to learn that the brand’s founder, Vanessa, invented the products to help treat her daughter’s eczema. I was so pleased to be sent a copy of Sarah Ockwell-Smith’s new book, The Gentle Eating Book (£9.99, Amazon). I’ve followed Sarah and gentle parenting since Jonah was born. I’m going to apologise in advance for the length of this post, but reading this book has moved me in so many ways. I’ve found it to be very healing. I’m so excited to share it with you! It’s a thing amongst beauty bloggers to share their empties each month. I’m always incredibly curious to learn what gorgeous natural skincare and beauty products other beauty bloggers have used up. So I thought I’d hop on the bandwagon by sharing my own January 2018 skincare empties! I appear to have consumed a lot of skincare in January. As a breastfeeding mama, it’s always intriguing to find premade snacks marketed towards breastfeeding women. These Nutrimum Breastfeeding Bars caught my eye in Boots last week – I just had to buy a pack! I am partial to a biscuit or flapjack, so I had to find out what the benefits for a breastfeeding mama would be from these bars. And importantly, if they actually taste good. When I first started breastfeeding Jonah, I was the thirstiest, hungriest mama alive. Seriously, I kept a pint of water and a 4-pack of Co-op granola bars next to me at all times. Probably not very healthy, since one of those granola bars contains about 300 calories and lots of sugar.
