Hello, my beautiful friend! And welcome to my May 2022 natural beauty empties. I’m writing this a bit ahead of time as we’re moving in the last week of May. And I took my photographs hurriedly amongst all the clutter and chaos of our house move. In May, I used up some very lovely products, and lots of them, including a soothing oat and charcoal cream, coconut deodorant, olive oil lipstick, and more. I can’t wait to share them with you, so let’s dive right in! May 2022 natural beauty empties Zoe Bee Charcoal & Oat Cream Zoe Bee Charcoal & Oat Cream helps Lydia’s skin so much! The poor thing has suffered with eczema since being tiny, but this waterless cream soothes and calms it with daily use. A definite repurchase. And I can’t wait to try Zoe’s other creams. Hello again, my dear! And welcome to my April 2022 natural beauty empties. April sees a rainbow of empties from me! We’re in the final stages of buying a new house, and the moving fever is real! I’m trying to use up a lot of old products since the bathroom in our new house is actually smaller (and I’m trying not to worry about that too much). But, we’ll have a garden, so hooray for that! This month some of my empties highlights include hair gummies for longer, thicker hair, a luxurious facial serum, a nourishing yogi body oil, and more. Shall we learn more about these products? April 2022 natural beauty empties Hair Gain Hair Gummies The star product this month are these wonderful Hair Gain Gummies. My hair has grown so much since starting to use them in January. Welcome back, my dear empties lover! And welcome to my March 2022 natural beauty empties. This month’s empties post is a little bit different as it’s in collaboration with my beautiful friend Renata at Green Life in Dublin. She is a doyenne of green beauty and everything healthy, and a lovely lady too, so do check out her blog and YouTube channel. You can find Renata’s empties post for the first quarter of the year. There are so many goodies here – some new to me (Living Libations Everybody Loves The Sunshine With Zinc Beach Balm sounds great!) and some already loved (Better You Magnesium Oil)! The empties came thick and fast through the whole of March. I actually can’t believe how many natural skin and hair care products I finished off! Perhaps because I know we’re moving house soon, I’m so eager to whittle my stash down. This month…

Welcome back, skincare lover! Today’s post is all about a pregnancy skincare discovery I’m super excited to share – it’s Natalia pregnancy skincare! Now, at the beginning of September, I’m almost eight months pregnant – woohoo! And, as all mamas can attest, the third trimester of pregnancy is a seriously tiring time. Yet, it’s also extremely exciting! Everything feels a bit more real – and with labour looming and pregnancy niggles amplified, it’s nice to find products that can help ease those pregnancy discomforts and prepare me for labour. I first came across Natalia when I was pregnant with Cara in 2018. I bought their lovely labour massage oil intending to use it at hospital. Helping you connect positively with your changing body through positive touch, whilst caring for and nourishing your skin, and at the same time supporting you physically and emotionally with uplifting aromatherapy. Unfortunately, everything went so…

Welcome back my friend! In this post, I’m sharing the labour essentials that have got me through four unmedicated Hypnobirth labours. I first shared this post while expecting my second baby in 2018. We’ve welcomed two more babies since then, so I’ve had plenty of trial and error finding out what products are worth your money, and which are not. These are the items you’ll use to make your Hypnobirth labour easier and more comfortable! A useful tip: I take my labour essentials with me separately so I can access everything easily without it getting mixed into my other postpartum and hospital bag items. Having these items in an easy to access pack makes me feel so well-prepared in my final weeks. I hope you enjoy reading about them!
