Welcome back, my dear empties lover! And welcome to my March 2022 natural beauty empties.
Advert: this post contains references to PR gifted products. My views are honest and my own. May contain affiliate links.
This month’s empties post is a little bit different as it’s in collaboration with my beautiful friend Renata at Green Life in Dublin. She is a doyenne of green beauty and everything healthy, and a lovely lady too, so do check out her blog and YouTube channel.
You can find Renata’s empties post for the first quarter of the year. There are so many goodies here – some new to me (Living Libations Everybody Loves The Sunshine With Zinc Beach Balm sounds great!) and some already loved (Better You Magnesium Oil)!
The empties came thick and fast through the whole of March. I actually can’t believe how many natural skin and hair care products I finished off! Perhaps because I know we’re moving house soon, I’m so eager to whittle my stash down.
This month I used up two of my favourite moisturisers, a soothing balm, hair growth gummies, a heck of a lot of minis from my Cult Beauty Best of 2021 Goody Bag, and way more!
I hope you enjoy my empties!

Terre Verdi NeroliPom Moisturiser
I could rave about NeroliPom Moisturiser all day. It sits without a trace on my skin, leaving it beautifully hydrated and nourished. Actually, the texture takes the shine out of a face oil used underneath, which makes it an AM essential! It smells amazing too.
NeroliPom Moisturiser contains pomegranate seed oil, which is the only known botanical source of skin loving Omega 5 oil.
The preservative system is something to be impressed with too – it’s plant based and fully natural, which is rare for a moisturiser. It’s also the first water based face moisturiser made in the UK to gain COSMOS Organic certification by the Soil Association. Impressed? You have to try it!
I find it hard to live without it, so I’ll be stocking up once I’ve reduced my collection.

Dragonfly CBD Hydrating Day Cream
Dragonfly CBD Hydrating Day Cream is another favourite moisturiser of mine. This gentle, soothing, fragrance free moisturiser with CBD is a real gem.
It has a rich but light texture which hydrates and calms, while CBD works its antioxidant magic on skin in need of TLC.

Balmonds Scalp Oil
This gorgeous oil from Balmonds really soothes and moisturises my scalp psoriasis.
I’m in the middle of a flare right now but this oil with nettle, rosemary, and chickweed soothes my itching and lessens any flaking.

Weleda Calendula Baby Face Cream
My little Lydia is still plagued by eczema on her cute little cheeks and forehead. We use Weleda Calendula Baby Face Cream as a daily emollient for her face.
It’s so soothing and gentle, and I always trust Weleda with my baby’s skin care products.
Weleda Calendula Baby Face Cream
Nom Nom Organic Baby Butter
Nom Nom baby products are the first we used on Lydia. The baby butter is so simple yet effective, with coconut oil, evening primrose oil, and calendula.

John Masters Organics Scalp Stimulating Shampoo
My husband and I really like this refreshing John Masters Organics shampoo with spearmint. It’s great for oilier hair types and flaky scalps.
Meadowsweet extract is a natural source of salicylic acid to gently exfoliate the scalp. The bottle is great value for money, too.

PHB 2-in-1 Shampoo & Body Wash
This is a super versatile, very clean, multitasking product that’s suitable for the whole family, even babies.
The only downside is that it’s on the runny side. However, after using it a few times I figured out how to use it without spilling it!
PHB 2-in-1 Shampoo & Body Wash
Slow Ageing Essential Face & Body Exfoliating Polish
This ever-so-gentle exfoliant is mild enough for the face and strong enough for the body.
Coconut oil, ginger, pomegranate, and orange stimulate the circulation and smooth over any dry patches.

Typology Calming Scalp Treatment Bisabolol 1% + Cotton Extract
A comforting scalp serum to soothe dry and itchy scalps. It brings hydration and comfort, however it’s so hard to get the serum from its bottle!
If you have dry hair or scalp problems, then take a look at my review of Typology Hair Oils and Serums. They’re so helpful!
Typology Calming Scalp Treatment Bisabolol 1% + Cotton Extract
Typology Solid Soothing Cleansing Bar
I must admit, I only use this bar from Typology on my hands. After my inital review I found it a little more drying than my usual cleansers.
It leaves my face and body (ahem, sensitive areas) just a little bit too squeaky clean. It’s a lovely soap though – creamy, gentle, and holds its shape well.
Odacite Restorative Night Cream
A little drop of heaven in a bottle! With actives including vitamin C, CoQ10, and adaptogen ashwaganda, it boosts skin’s appearance through the night.
It smells fabulous, and has a rich but not greasy texture that’s so comforting at nighttime. The cream came in the Naturisimo Female Founders box, and you can watch my try-on reel on Instagram. I definitely need a full size jar!

Goldfaden MD Bright Eyes Dark Circle Radiance Concentrate

MDO Intense Hydrating Moisturiser
MDO Intense Hydrating Moisturiser from the Cult Beauty Best of 2021 Goody Bag really packs a hydrating and moisturising punch.
However, it’s not a moisturiser I would buy again as I’m unsure of its environmental impact.

Oskia Super-C Smart Nutrient Beauty Capsules
A nice little treat in the the Naturisimo Female Founders box. This was my first time using this kind of skincare capsule.
I have to say, they are fun. I love the product inside – but I find these capsules a little tedious and dare I say – wasteful. Does it keep the skincare fresher? Perhaps!

Summer Fridays Cloud Dew Oil-Free Gel Cream
There’s a lot to like about this moisturiser – another one from the Cult Beauty bag, but it’s not for me.
I’m not a fan of the shiny finish and I like oils in my moisturiser! I know this would suit others, though.
