Welcome back, beauty lover! In this post I’m sharing my Suntribe Natural Night Cream review. I’m already a big fan of Suntribe and their all-natural kids sunscreen. So I was delighted to hear about their latest addition to the product family. A luscious night cream – deeply moisturising and packed with active ingredients.

It goes without saying that Suntribe is a brand close to my heart. The Suntribe philosophy is grounded in only using functional ingredients that have been proven safe – for people and our planet. They are trail-blazing the arena of natural sunscreens, and I have huge respect for their mission and transparency.

It is only natural that Suntribe should transfer this philosophy and process to other types of skincare products, too. And since I last experienced the brand, they’ve introduced a delightful mango body wash and lotion, and a hemp lip balm. So let’s learn more about their beautiful night cream now.

Suntribe Natural Night Cream

Suntribe Natural Night Cream is 100% natural and contains hyaluronic acid, retinol, niacinamide, and vitamin C. The night cream is recommended for normal, sensitive, dry, and mature skin. It’s unfragranced and has very little natural aroma.

Suntribe Night Cream contains anti-ageing active ingredients

It promises a dewy, refreshed glow thanks to its anti-ageing ingredients. Along with the active ingredients, the cream has such a lovely formula – with many ingredients certified organic. You’ll find sumptuous natural butters and oils such as shea butter, and grape seed, argan and avocado oils. There’s also soothing aloe vera and antioxidant parsley seed extract, which I don’t think I’ve come across in skincare before.

Suntribe Natural Night Cream ingredients

Aqua (Water), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Candelilla Cera (Wax), Prunus Dulcis (Almond) Oil, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Aloe (Vera) Barbadensis Extract, Petroselinum Carum (Parsley) Extract, Cetearyl Olivate (Olive), Sorbitan Olivate (Olive), Lactobacillus Ferment, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Retinol (Vitamin A).

As you would expect from such an environmentally-aware skincare brand, Suntribe Night Cream comes packaged in this eco-friendly glass jar. The jar and lid are both fully recyclable.

My thoughts on the night cream

The first thing I love about this cream is just how utterly clean it is. It’s so very full of goodness. The cream preservation is very natural and clean, which I really appreciate.

Secondly, I love how many anti-ageing and skin-loving actives it contains. It definitely saves me time layering up serums at bedtime when I just want a quick routine – very handy with several teething children!

Retinol is the gold standard anti-ageing ingredient, and I’ve been using it a lot in my routine lately. The night cream contains 0.5% retinol, the same level as a dedicated retinol serum. However, I haven’t experienced any of the irritating side-effects I sometimes get with my retinol serum, even when applying Suntribe Night Cream around my eye area. So, if retinol in a night serum bothers you, the slower delivery of night cream is less irritating.

Finally, I love how this product applies and how it makes my skin feel. My skin feels refreshed, plump, well-hydrated, and well moisturised. I don’t go to sleep with an oil slick on my pillow either – the cream hits the right oil balance to feel sufficiently rich without sitting too long on the skin.

All in all, it’s safe to say this night cream is a keeper in my PM skincare routine. I love it, and I highly recommend it!
