Like many, I’ve found it helpful to try and focus on the positives. We’ve learned more about ourselves in 2020 than any other year, discovering just how strong and resilient we are. Life might not be exactly as we want it to be, but we can embrace what we do have. Time with friends and family is limited, but the limitation is reducing the spread of the virus.
