Welcome back, beauty lover! And welcome to my September 2020 natural beauty empties. September has been a whirlwind of trying new natural beauty products and reviewing them. Somehow, I managed to find time to use up many fantastic clean beauty products, too.
My favourites this month include a divine facial oil, hand therapy cream, pore refining acid wash, and anti-bac hand sanitiser. For the littles, there’s a gorgeous skin-friendly baby balm.
I hope you enjoy my September empties!

Antipodes Divine Face Oil
This facial oil truly lives up to its name. I had it sitting on my shelf for a while after featuring it in my 2018 natural beauty stocking fillers. But once I tried it again, I couldn’t get enough!
Impressively, it claims to boost the skin’s natural production of collagen and elastin by up to 51%. Essential fatty acids keep skin strong while avocado oil provides antioxidant, emollient, and anti-inflammatory qualities. My skin is comforted with a level of moisture that’s just right at this time of year.
And because it’s Antipodes, it smells absolutely beautiful thanks to ylang ylang, sweet orange, and jasmine. A full size bottle is definitely on my wish-list!
PS I reviewed this facial oil again in my review of Antipodes Culture Probiotic Night Cream.

D’Alchemy Spectacular Hand Therapy
This hand treatment is truly spectacular. It features in my neroli skincare roundup. It has to be one of my favourite hand creams of all time because it smells glorious and kisses my hands with youth after each application.
My only gripes are the price and the size of the tube. It doesn’t last long at all, and it is expensive. Is it worth it though? Completely! Use alongside your everyday hand cream to lessen crinkly skin on your hands and even skin tone.

HoliFrog Shasta AHA Refining Acid Wash
Ah, I love everything I’ve tried from dedicated cleansing brand HoliFrog! This gorgeous creamy wash contains AHAs to exfoliate while you wash, brightening the skin and fighting breakouts.
The ingredients are amazing. It has 5 types of acid, all with different properties and benefits, including glycolic, mandelic, lactic, tartaric, and citric. Plus regenerating tamanu and rosehip oils. What a cleanser!

rå oils Eternal Radiance Face Oil
This Icelandic brand’s name, rå, translates to “raw”, which really reflects the simple yet powerful aesthetic of this Nordic brand. And their beautifully pared back facial oil definitely bestowed me with a beautiful glow.
With rosehip, evening primrose, almond, frankincense, and myrrh oils, I loved every fragrant drop. Read my full review of Eternal Radiance Face Oil from 2019.
Wild & Wilful Anti-Bac Sanitiser
This has to be the perfect hand sanitiser for families. No fragrance, no harsh alcohol or preservatives, and a very convenient spray application. It’s also incredibly versatile. You can even spray it on items destined for the mouth such as pacifiers, teething toys, etc, for those times when you can’t wash.
I reviewed it fully over on my Instagram so do take a moment to visit and support this amazing family-run business.
Wild & Wilful
Antipodes Halo Facial Mud Mask
Antipodes Halo Mud Mask is one of my favourite mud masks. This is a premixed mask that aims to brighten and lift your complexion with volcanic mud and prized peony.
It’s been my go-to mask for a few months. I’m a sucker for beauty that smells nice and Antipodes always deliver on the natural fragrance front.
PS I reviewed this face mask again when I reviewed Antipodes Culture Probiotic Night Cream.

Weleda Evening Primrose Body Wash
I come back to Weleda Body Wash again and again! This one smells absolutely beautiful, and as with all Weleda products it’s ever so gentle and kind.
The Evening Primrose range is aimed at mature ladies, but this wash is great for anybody!

Weleda Sage Deodorant
This is one of a few deodorants I reach for on cooler, quieter days. I also use Elsa’s deodorants, which really do stop me from developing an odour as the day progresses. But they’re expensive, so using something cheaper makes sense for me.
I love that Weleda Sage Deodorant is suitable for any gender. It does contain a lot of alcohol, but it’s refreshing, free from aluminium, and comes in a gorgeous eco-friendly glass bottle.

oMoi Baby Balm
I reviewed the beautiful oMoi Skincare back in 2019. Kristele makes the most elegant skincare products for mamas and babies, and this baby balm is truly gentle and so healing.
I love that Kristele chose oils high in linoleic acid for her baume de bébé. These oils are gentler on a baby’s skin than those containing a high ratio of oleic acid, like olive or sunflower oils. This balm does get a bit grainy in cold climates, but this disappears inside warm palms. Unfortunately, the oMoi web shop is out of stock at the moment, but you can check out the products (and add them to your wish-list).

oMoi Balancing Facial Oil
I tried a trio of oils from oMoi, and this was the one I reached for when my hormonal breakouts were at their peak.
Great for combination or oily skins – with lemon, palmarosa, and pine essential oils in a base of soya, olive, and jojoba.

Gallinée Body Milk
I really love the concept of this French probiotic skincare brand. And their body milk is as good as any other I’ve tried. I didn’t notice a huge difference for the fact it is probiotic, though.
I wasn’t a big fan of the fragrance, which is a bit synthetic smelling. Fragrance is very subjective though, so if you like the idea of probiotic skincare, give it a go!

Pamoja Minis
Ah, Pamoja! We ran a giveaway together earlier this month which was so much fun! Thank you to all who entered, and well done to our lucky winner!
You really should check out Pamoja for yourself. The Reset Cleansing Balm and Revive Face Cream I used up immediately because they’re absolutely glorious. Both have the most sumptuous texture, and are full of life and colour.

FoM London Face Cleansing Cream
I normally favour balm or oil cleansers, but this little travel size cream cleanser from FoM took me completely by surprise when I discovered it in the LoveLula August Beauty Box.
It shifts makeup with ease, leaves my skin comfortable and soft, and brings huge benefits for town-dwelling skin like mine. A full size bottle is begging to be bought!
REN Evercalm Anti-Redness Serum
This serum was a great comfort to me after overdoing the glycolic acid earlier this month.
It’s definitely one I’d like to explore more!

Narynda minis
Earlier this month I bought this Narynda Hand & Surface Sanitiser and received the Hand Cream sample as a gift.
I really love them both! The Hand & Surface Sanitiser is gentle and fragrant, and the Hand Cream makes the perfect companion. I’ll definitely explore more from this range.

Inika Loose Mineral Foundation in Grace
This came in a very nice little trial kit, but I’m afraid the jury is still out. I really like the texture of this mineral powder, but I did find it sitting in my pores a little.
I find it very hard to beat my all time favourite mineral foundation, Mo Mineral Loose Mineral Foundation. It is truly amazing and the shades are spot on!

I love the Antipodes divine face oil, I need to pick it up again
These sound awesome! I will have to try some of them out. I am trying to buy more natural things.
That evening primrose revitalizing body wash is calling my name right now!
I love that all these products are natural! I’m currently try to get more into natural beauty products so this is a great resource for me to keep some of these in mind. My skincare routine and beauty products are pretty simple though so some eco wipes a cleanser, and moisturizer is it for me!
What a lovely list of natural products! The sage deodorant sounds interesting! I’d love to try it.
