Hello again, empties lover! And welcome to my September 2021 natural beauty empties!

It’s been an interesting month where I tried to minimise trying too many new products and blogging about them, but failed! Sometimes it’s hard to slow down with the things I love!
Our darling new baby is due in just 2 weeks, so I’m understandably wanting to wind things down. But on the other hand, Cara started at playgroup so I have a little extra time before bubs comes earthside.
I have a modest amount of empties for you this month. I’ve been masking most nights through September to try and carve some relaxation time, plus use up some of my huge mask stash. So, in this month’s empties you’ll find a sumptuous honey mask, refreshing floral mist, anti-ageing facial oil, and more. My kids used up a creamy body lotion and body wash.
Shall we take a look now?

Mar Galliti Ambrosia Honey Mask & Flowery Face Mist
This mask and mist duo was so kindly gifted by a friend, and now I’m even more in love with Hungarian brand Mar Galliti skincare!
The Ambrosia Honey Mask is something else – rich, almost treacle-like, but full of ingredients like raw lavender honey to hydrate and brighten the skin, while the Flowery Face Mist perfectly balances and soothes the skin – I love both their unusual fragrances and my soft plumped skin after use.

Poppy’s Super Age-Defying Organic Face Oil
I’m a huge fan of Poppy’s Skincare and reviewed their new and luxurious Super Age-Defying Organic Face Oil in detail last month.
I really noticed a difference when I stopped using this oil, especially on the lines on my forehead. It really is an anti-ageing super hero – packed with botanically active phyto-retinol, coQ10, bakuchiol, and amla.
It also wins the award for the fastest face oil to leave my collection because I couldn’t get enough – which is some accolade! I hope we meet paths again when I’ve whittled my collection of facial oils some more.

Butterwhips Planted Feet Foot Balm
Butterwhips Planted Feet Foot Balm is a regular in my empties – it’s one of my favourite balms for feet.
With refreshing peppermint, black spruce, and arrowroot, it keeps the skin on my feet soft and supple while offering daily freshness.
Martina Gebhardt Eye Care Fluid
This gorgeous light eye lotion featured in my soulful at-home spa day with Martina Gebhardt.
I loved every drop of this refreshing yet nourishing eye care fluid with avocado. Definitely take a look at my full review for more details.

Boucleme Scalp Exfoliating Shampoo
I picked this little beauty up in a Naturisimo Beauty Box. These boxes are an amazing way to sample new skincare and haircare without spending too much.
Boucleme Scalp Exfoliating Shampoo works to gently exfoliate the scalp with castor beads for a gentle scrub. Uplifting spearmint and sweet orange feel so clean, refreshing, and cooling. I’d love to try more from this lovely clean brand.

Axis-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum
This was my first time using Axis-Y, a climate inspired Korean clean beauty brand. This lightweight and refreshing serum contains some really gorgeous ingredients such as niacinamide, papaya, sea buckthorn, and oryza sativa rice bran.
My skin thanked me for the hydration and the fading of hyperpigmentation. A few days after stopping using this serum my freckles were back in force! I think I need to repurchase! It’s great value for money, too.

Rahua Defining Hair Spray
I included Rahua Defining Hairspray in my natural hairsprays feature. This hairspray uses sugar derived polymers to hold the hair in place – and it also contains aloe and green tea.
I do love Rahua but I found it hard to use up all this product. It does feel rather sticky, but the formula is very clean for a hairspray.

Faith in Nature Coconut Soap
Faith in Nature soaps really are lovely. My son likes a soap bar in the bath, and this one is a favourite of his. It holds its shape well, and smells lovely too.
Packaged in cardboard, the soap makes a great plastic free option.

Mádara Re:Gene Volume Rebuild Lifting Mask
This interesting Mádara Re:Gene Volume Rebuild Lifting Mask featured in the May 2019 LoveLula Beauty Box.
I used it as a sleeping mask several times a week, and really wanted to notice an improvement in the tone of my skin, but didn’t. However I did enjoy the smoothness it seemed to bring.
The Humble Co. Bamboo Interdental Brushes
I swear by interdental brushes. They’re so good for deep cleaning the mouth.
And The Humble Co. Bamboo Interdental Brushes make a really great alternative to plastic handled interdental brushes.

Sophie the Giraffe Baby Body Lotion
I’m so sorry to see that this line of baby skincare has met its demise. They made such great alternatives to other popular baby skincare packages.
If you’re looking for baby skincare I recommend Weleda every time.
Childs Farm Hair & Body Wash
I wouldn’t normally recommend such a big brand to you, as they need no promotion – but my kids and I are really enjoying Childs Farm body washes at the minute. Nice clean ingredients and gorgeous scents, too!
My kids’ hair is so soft and I’m loving using this for a gentle body and hand wash, too. Well done Childs Farm!

Abel Odor Nurture Fragrance sample
This soft and calming fragrance – created by mothers, for mothers, has been on my wish list for a long time. I’m so glad I finally got my hands on a sample.
Abel don’t readily ship samples to the UK, but you can pick a sample up from Ecocentric. Watch out for my review of Nurture in October!

The eye fluid sounds amazing. I need to give it a go
OOO! I want to try the peppermint cream! I love anything with peppermint scent in it.
I made the commitment to slowly start going green a few years ago. I have yet to replace my beauty products. Thank you for these suggestions and reminder!
These all sound SO amazing!! I’m especially interested in the foot cream, my feet get so dry and gross if I don’t butter them up and put them in socks right after my shower!
I always have an issue with dry feet definitely wanna try the foot balm
