I was so happy to be approached by Urban Veda skincare. I’d already been introduced to a product from the brand in the LoveLula beauty box. Naturally I jumped at the chance to try a selection of this vegan, cruelty-free skincare range. Urban Veda skincare is based on the principles of Ayurveda. For the uninitiated, Ayurveda is an ancient Indian philosophy for health and wellbeing. Ayurveda defines 3 doshas, or types from which we are comprised. The types are vata, pitta, and kapha.
