Hi again, empties lover! And welcome to my December 2021 natural beauty empties.
Advert: this post contains references to PR gifted products. My views are honest and my own. May contain affiliate links.
If you’ve been following my blog, you’ll know we have a new(ish) baby in the family. Lydia is doing really well, and since her nap times and wake windows have become a little more defined, I’ve managed a little more chill-out time in the bathroom.
Of course, no school run means more time in the morning for skincare. I’ve even enjoyed the odd face mask or relaxing bath in the evening. It’s so important to find time to relax, especially with all the Christmas prep!
This month I have a small collection of empties, yet it contains two of my absolute favourites – Dafna’s Recovery Cleanser and Lilfox Couture Haute C Serum. There’s also nipple balm, coconut oil, kids’ body wash, and more!
Let’s take a look.
December 2021 natural beauty empties
Dafna’s Recovery Cleanser
This gorgeous Dafna’s Recovery Cleanser is hands down one of my favourite balm cleansers of all time. I won this one in an instagram giveaway. Using it is like a mini spa experience at home.
Recovery Cleanser has a rich, sumptuous texture, smells like heaven, and is capable of shifting the most stubborn of makeup and SPF. It contains moringa, calendula, and bamboo oil plus lavender, orange and rosemary – pure bliss! And so much more than the sum of its parts.
Did I mention it emulsifies like a dream, to leave my skin soft and refreshed? It can even be used as a nourishing mask. Yes, this cleanser has it all! A definite repurchase.

Lilfox Couture Haute C Serum
My lovely friend gifted me this serum, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The smell is simply divine, smokey and citrusy. The texture, a light lemon coloured emulsion, is hydrating and moisturising. But my skin is never overloaded before moisturiser.
With the dream combo of 15% tetra-C, Vitamin E, and ferulic acid, and two forms of hyaluronic acid, my skin is brighter, lighter, and plumper. I wish I could afford to buy another one for myself. It’s such a comprehensive serum and worth the money but sadly out of my budget.

Weleda Nipple Balm
A trusty favourite, Weleda Nipple Balm is always in my skincare cupboard.
It got me through the first few painful weeks feeding Lydia, and now I’m keeping it on hand for any nipple abrasions when she starts teething. I also find the lanolin and calendula formula works great on the kids’ knees once a cut has scabbed, on raggy cuticles, and any other dry stubborn areas.

Kokoso Baby Coconut Oil
My whole family loves versatile coconut oil for all kinds of uses. Dry skin, cradle cap, baby massage, homemade deodorant, you name it! Kokoso coconut oil is made differently, creating a lighter weight oil that’s more readily absorbed into the skin.

Childs Farm Watermelon & Pineapple Hair & Body Wash
There are some nice body wash products from Childs Farm, and this one one of them. My older kids love the fruity scent.
It does a great job cleaning grimy hair, yet leaves it shiny and moisturised thanks to its argan oil content.

Westlab Dead Sea Salt
These soothing bath salts are a real winner for dry skin at bath time.
I use a generous scoop in my kids’ bath to keep their skin soft and muscles relaxed. It’s great for helping to heal grazes too!

InLight Beauty Face Oil Trial Size
A really nice light oil with blue mallow, rosehip oil, and jojoba oil.
InLight Beauty Face Oil moisturises well without overloading the skin and feels like a real treat thanks to its delicate hints of rose and vanilla. You can read my reviews of several InLight Beauty products here.

Faerie Organic Fair Concealer Sample
Last but not least, this powder concealer from Faerie Organic.
It used to be available in the UK, but alas – no longer. I’ve since been using RMS “Un” Cover-up, which is truly fabulous!

Final thoughts on December 2021 natural beauty empties
That’s it for December 2021 natural beauty empties!
In December, I featured on The Natural Beauty Show talking safe baby skincare, so be sure to have a listen! I hope to share my views on Sakrid Beauty in February, too.
In January and February I’m sharing my Cult Beauty Christmas haul – I was a lucky girl this year! I splashed out on some family skincare for winter too, which I’ll share as well. And I’ll also be sharing a parenting post – why is Huggy Wuggy so popular? If you know what I mean – you will know who Huggy Wuggy is!
Do you have any questions about the products I’ve featured? Have you tried any of them? Let me know in the comments section below. And remember to follow me on Instagram and subscribe to my blog to keep up to date with my latest shares.

Congrats on your new(ish) little one! It’s definitely important to give ourselves some self-care – glad you can! Love the sound of this Watermelon-Pineapple Hair/Body Wash! I’m sure I’d use it up myself!
Since it’s colder out I am going through serums like crazy! They are so perfect for making sure that my skin doesn’t get too dry.
Nipple balm is always a life saver when breast feeding!
I bet that watermelon and pineapple wash smells amazing! Nipple balm was an absolute month during my nursing days!
