Native Essentials Azur Calming Light Oil
I used this gorgeous calming oil for a month or so towards the end of my pregnancy with Lydia. On the morning of my labour, I was so happy to use Azur and appreciate it to its fullest. It’s so calming and soothing, with nourishing oils of cacay, plum, argan, and watermelon.

This is a serum I often choose over others when it’s in my collection. It leaves my skin perfectly hydrated and smooth.
I love the watery texture and unusual fragrance of this nutrient rich serum. I’m a big fan of Antipodes skincare. In fact, there’s nothing of theirs I haven’t liked!

Flow Solid Roots Soap
A gift from Koti Lifestyle, Nordic skincare store, which is now unfortunately closed – although you can follow the founder Jenni over on Instagram.
This gorgeous soap contains essential oils chosen to strengthen the root chakra, including vetiver, patchouli, and cypress. It’s such a gentle soap, it’s one of only a handful not to aggravate my eczema. I’d love to try more from Flow!

MoMineral Loose Mineral Foundation is one of my favourite foundations. The powder is fine and covers minor imperfections without caking or leaving patchy areas.

High in antioxidants and skin loving fatty acids, argan oil is a beauty staple that’s great for skin and hair, and can be used undiluted or mixed into other oils or beauty DIYs.

I bought lovely rose water to take with me in my labour kit. Its such a nice size for travel.

So many of these are tempting! I love the sound of the Dream Sleep balm. I like anything that can help bring calm at nighttime.
