My kids helped me with the photography this month, and they’ve had lots of fun building “pumpkin patches” indoors while I feed the baby. There may be less time to enjoy skincare in the time immediately after welcoming a new baby, but the emphasis is very much on a basic skincare routine that’s fast, simple, yet comforting. So this month, you’ll find a creamy and gentle facial wash, the dry body oil I enjoyed in the last few days of pregnancy, and a refreshing lemon deodorant. The lockdown, supporting my husband working from home, worrying about all our health – it takes its toll. But skincare, as usual, is a beautiful distraction and – we had snow!
